As VP, Operations at SWIVEL, Dennis is responsible for overseeing operations activities, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient and cost-effective solutions that lead to an amazing customer experience. Dennis also oversees Customer Success, which is dedicated to capturing holistic insights from our customers and ensuring our products and services exceed their expectations.
Dennis has been in the payments industry for about 10 years. Prior to joining SWIVEL in 2020, Dennis served as the VP, Development & Professional Services. Dennis firmly believes in collaboration, communication, execution, and building exceptional teams.
Dennis holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Consumer Psychology, and Bachelor of Science Degree.
