Although Cyndy is a new addition to the SWIVEL leadership this year, she is no stranger to the organization having spent the last 26 years working for the Financial Institution Division of SWBC. As Vice President of Business Development for SWIVEL, Cyndy oversees a wide variety of responsibilities focused on the expansion of business opportunities and marketplace growth through partnerships, integrations, and sales enablement. Cyndy began her career with SWBC working in sales, where she was consistently recognized for her contributions in sales/revenues, developing new business, and strengthening customer relations. She then leveraged her subject matter expertise by collaborating on the launch of an industry-changing product concept and integration of SWBC’s risk management solutions into other platforms. A more expansive role in business development soon followed when the management of partnerships, integration opportunities, and contracts came under purview.
Throughout her career, Cyndy has collaborated on innovative projects designed to expand and change the way SWBC, and our clients, do business. She has a passion for bringing new products to market, streamlining processes, and sharing her expertise to benefit SWIVEL and our clients.
Cyndy graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a specialty in Marketing. She also has a certification in training from California State University, Long Beach.
